(1) Vendor needs to provide economic strategy services.– Develop an integrated, comprehensive, inclusive, and future–focused economic strategy for City.– Strategy will serve as a guiding framework for the city's economic development from 2025 to 2040, supporting sustainable growth, quality of life, and resilience– Apply systems thinking to understand the city's interconnected economic, social, environmental, and spatial challenges.– Identify strategic direction and actions that promote inclusive and resilient economic development, including strategies for diversification, crisis response, and long–term sustainability.– Spatial–Economic Mapping of strategic growth zones for development through relevant multi–factorial analysis, culminating in requisite GIS layer and economic data.– Create a compelling business case for public and private investment, including positioning Cork City as a great place to live, work, invest, study and visit.– Deliver an actionable roadmap with governance, delivery, and monitoring mechanisms.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 19, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
