An opportunity is available for a vendor to deliver comprehensive economic hub services in Washington, with a focus on small business development, workforce training, and property management. The selected vendor will play a key role in fostering economic growth by providing workforce development training, offering below-market commercial leases to local small businesses, and delivering business technical assistance to help these enterprises thrive.

The project includes identifying a mission-aligned community-based organization to lead the redevelopment, ownership, and ongoing management of the property. The vendor will be expected to build and maintain partnerships with technical assistance providers, business incubators, and other development organizations to facilitate the growth of tenants. Additionally, the initiative encourages prioritization of businesses that deliver culturally relevant commercial opportunities, helping to preserve and enhance neighborhood identity.

This contract is set for a two-year period.
