(1) Vendor needs to provide economic hub services – Promoting small business and economic development through workforce development training, providing below market commercial leases for local small businesses, and offer business technical assistance to support local small businesses. – Identify a mission–aligned community–based organization (CBO) to lead the redevelopment, ownership, and management of the property. – Build partnerships with technical assistance providers, incubators, and business development organizations to support tenant growth. – Encourage use of space for businesses that offer culturally relevant commercial opportunities that preserve neighborhood identity. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30,2026. (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on January 27,2026. (4) The contract period will be for two years.
