The City in California is seeking a vendor to support implementation activities from its Economic Development Strategic Plan by organizing pop-up events in downtown and waterfront areas. The focus of these events is to stimulate economic development and to encourage increased ferry ridership.

The proposed pilot project involves producing at least two distinct pop-up events: one held on a City-owned surface parking lot typically used for ferry rider parking (Ferry Parking Lot Event), and one located in the downtown area (Downtown Block Event). The selected vendor will coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, aligning with the City's broader municipal functions and annual calendar of special events.

All activities will be subject to additional terms as outlined in the final agreement, with an emphasis on supporting local economic goals and integrating seamlessly with existing City services and initiatives.
