Vendor needs to provide economic development services. Provide economic development services in support of the agency’s economic development functions. Provide professional economic development support for projects or initiatives that require additional technical expertise or staffing resources. Provide professional economic development services on an as–needed basis. Proposed services may include, but are not limited to, the following: Strategic planning; Development of finance mechanisms; Small business outreach; Grant writing; Addressing commercial vacancies; Identifying strategies to incentivize redevelopment; Preparation of materials for public meetings, public hearings, and advisory or decision–making bodies. All the questions must be submitted no later than March 2, 2026.
