(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development roadmap study service• Develop a comprehensive economic development roadmap study to create a data–driven, stakeholder–informed strategy that outlines short–, medium–, and long–term actions to support sustainable economic growth, workforce development, business retention and attraction, and regional competitiveness. this solicitation will result in award to a single entity.• Develop actionable strategies for business retention and development, workforce alignment, entrepreneurship, and quality–of–life improvements• Engage local stakeholders, businesses, and residents.• Recommend implementation strategies and metrics for progress to track outcomes, such as number of new businesses/jobs created, workforce trained and placed in local industries, and economic contribution trends from target sectors.• Strategic Recommendations: Identify targeted sectors, policies, incentives, and programs to support economic resilience and growth.• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, surveys, and interviews with public officials, businesses, educational institutions, and community groups to gather input and ensure support during implementation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Jan 16, 2026.
