This opportunity seeks an Economic Development Project Manager to lead and execute economic development and real estate projects from conception through completion. The project manager will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinating between internal departments such as community development, legal, transportation, environmental and public works, and finance, as well as external stakeholders like development authorities, developers, business leaders, and community representatives.
Responsibilities include tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables; preparing regular dashboards and reports; monitoring budgets, expenditures, and funding sources; and facilitating development review and entitlement processes in coordination with relevant departments. The role emphasizes strategic execution, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and maintaining alignment between financial assumptions and project implementation goals.
The salary range for this position is $66,903.41 to $86,951.90.
