The selected vendor will provide administration services for an economic development program pilot fund for a government authority in California. Key responsibilities include program administration, meeting resource requirements, processing eligibility for small businesses and nonprofits, loan underwriting, and fund account management.

The vendor will also be expected to develop and implement the evaluation process and schedule, reporting procedures, and assist in the establishment of the Fund. Collaboration with both private and public sector partners is necessary to develop final Administrative Guidelines and ensure effective program delivery.
