(1) Vendor needs to provide economic development consulting services. The consultant will use a data–driven, strategic approach that integrates research, marketing and business support to attract new investment and foster growth among existing businesses. Consultant will assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain businesses, grow the local tax base, create jobs, and enhance the overall quality of life in the community. Conduct economic, demographic and workforce analyses. Identify community strengths, weaknesses and potential growth sectors. Provide input on land use, infrastructure and zoning to enhance competitiveness. Advise on developing incentive and financing programs to attract and retain businesses. Design and manage marketing initiatives to promote the community’s assets. Develop and execute digital strategies for lead generation. Develop promotional materials, presentations and contact for investor outreach. Manage outreach, content creation and event coordination to attract prospects. Develop a customized strategic plan with clear goals, actions and performance metrics. Utilize digital and traditional marketing channels to attract investment. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the community’s economic landscape. Develop data driven strategies aligned with economic trends and opportunities.
