A consulting firm is sought to provide economic development analysis, projections, and marketing services in New Jersey. The selected vendor will conduct comprehensive analyses and synthesize findings into a professionally designed marketing document targeted at investors and developers. Additionally, a summary slide deck highlighting key findings and a memo outlining relevant data sources, information gaps, and strategic implications for positioning will be required.

The vendor will be responsible for establishing an empirical baseline, gathering data inputs for an investment attraction toolkit, and analyzing the structure, capital stack, and public–private engagement model of each project. Deliverables include a marketing tool suitable for presentation to prospective developers, an economic overview highlighting key demographic and economic indicators, summaries of real estate fundamentals and development pipeline highlights, as well as documentation of competitive advantages and incentive programs.

Further responsibilities include preparing a marketing prospectus and narrative for positioning, developing financial scenarios to demonstrate the impact of incentives on development feasibility, assembling a data inventory and analytic framework, and drafting data visualizations such as maps, charts, and indicators. The contract period is one year.
