(1) Vendor needs to provide economic analysis software subscription service– Agency is seeking software that allows for regional economic impact analysis. – This software must have the capability to provide output results that highlight employment, multiplier effects, and other economic data related to user–defined inputs. – Where possible, output data should include direct, indirect, and induced impacts on user–defined economic regions. (2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 12, 2026.
