DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide an early literacy intervention tool that leverages automated, computerized, or other augmented methods to support the development of early reading skills. The tool should integrate seamlessly with tier 1 high-quality instructional materials and offer language support for emergent bilingual and multilingual learners.

The selected provider will deliver ongoing, differentiated implementation support to school districts, including monitoring access and usage to ensure compliance with program requirements. Instructional mastery dashboards must be accessible at various organizational levels—student, classroom, campus, district, and state—to inform instruction and monitor progress. Evidence of product effectiveness, ease of district implementation, and efficient progress monitoring are required, along with built-in accessibility features to accommodate all students, including those with disabilities.
