(1) Vendor needs to provide early intervention system modernization service• Maintenance/Support Services– Fixing defects (except to the extent such defects are subject to Warranty Period and Obligations).– Application support and any miscellaneous effort not dedicated to a specific enhancement.– Testing not dedicated to a specific enhancement.– Application testing in non–production environments.– Triage and investigation of issues regardless of whether it may result in an enhancement in the future.– Code fixes to resolve issues that stop or hold application processes.– Issue reporting and tracking.– 24–hour, toll–free year–round telephone support for problem determination, verification, and resolution, or instruction as to work around, as applicable, Supplier must keep a log of all support calls made personnel and provide this log to the Contract Administrator.– Open issue status, as well as documented solutions to closed issues, upon demand.– Online web support.– Diagnosing and remedying defects, errors, and nonconformities and to the extent expressly permitted by the contract, within the periods of time specified.– System changes and testing required to support new software releases.•The Technical Approach– Perimeter security– System security and data sensitivity classification– Intrusion management– Monitoring, logging, and reporting– Host Hardening– Remote access– Encryption(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2025 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
