The State of Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize and provide ongoing support for its early intervention system. The selected vendor will be responsible for a range of maintenance and support services, including fixing defects outside of the warranty period, offering application support, and conducting testing in non-production environments. Additional responsibilities include triaging and investigating issues, implementing code fixes to resolve application process stoppages, managing issue reporting and tracking, and supplying 24-hour, year-round toll-free telephone and online support. The vendor must document and provide logs of all support calls to the contract administrator and offer status updates on open and closed issues as requested.
Technical requirements for this engagement encompass perimeter and system security, data sensitivity classification, intrusion and remote access management, continuous monitoring, comprehensive logging and reporting, host hardening, and data encryption. The vendor will also be tasked with making and testing system changes to accommodate new software releases. The contract period for these services is set for one year.
