This opportunity seeks a vendor to provide an Eagle modeling and analysis tool along with related software and data-based modeling, simulation, analysis, and product development support. The work includes development and sustainment of software tools and applications that support the mission.
The scope also includes database software development and ongoing sustainment for the Compatibility Enterprise System (ACES) and any follow-on systems. Required capabilities include designing, editing, and maintaining Oracle and SQL Server relational databases, as well as integrating commercial off-the-shelf software through application programming interfaces as needed.
Additional support is required for the development and sustainment of engineering tools used to analyze aircraft carriage mechanics and carriage interference characteristics in support of store compatibility evaluations. The selected vendor will also support editing, modifying, and maintaining Siemens files, and will develop software implementations of complex architectures in multiple programming languages to simulate physical phenomena on high-performance computing hardware using approved government processes.
