The Yukon government is seeking qualified vendors to provide digital service development and support for its eServices platform, primarily using the Drupal content management system. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting online government services, including the integration of proprietary systems for data retrieval and updates. The technology stack comprises Ubuntu Linux, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, and utilizes a cluster of Apache Solr servers for search functionalities.

Vendors may be required to develop and implement strategies to enhance platform resiliency, facilitate system recovery, and optimize uptime. Additionally, support and advisement on analytics infrastructure linked to various web applications, as well as auditing, analyzing, and providing recommendations for open data accessibility, will be required. The scope also includes implementing digital citizen engagement tools to support departmental online engagement initiatives. Qualified suppliers will be included on a prequalification list for software development services. The initial contract period is one year.
