DESCRIPTION

Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools (MNPS) is soliciting proposals for comprehensive E-Rate consulting services, including strategic planning, funding identification, competitive procurement support, application preparation and submission, Program Integrity Assurance (PIA) support, invoicing support, audit and compliance support, appeals support, record retention assistance, and Category One and Category Two planning. The contract term is anticipated to be 3 years with two optional 1-year renewals for a maximum term of 5 years.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have a minimum of ten years of experience providing E-Rate consulting services
Must have experience providing E-Rate consulting services to at least twenty school district clients
Must have experience managing E-Rate programs exceeding $5 million in annual funding
Must have experience supporting school districts with more than 50,000 students
Must have a valid E-Rate Consultant Registration
Must not be suspended or debarred by the Federal Communications Commission
Must provide at least three references from large K-12 school districts
Must provide at least one reference from a district with annual E-Rate funding exceeding $2 million
Must maintain General Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000
Must maintain Professional Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000
Must maintain Cyber/Privacy Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (for <25 schools) or $2,000,000 (for 25+ schools)
