(1) Vendor needs to provide e–learning support solution for learning platform. • Design, e–learning content creation, Learning Management System (LMS) customization and management, LMS integration with custom systems and technical advice. • Using best practice design, learning theory and UI/UX to ensure that the content and platform is intuitive, user friendly and accessible. • Staying current with digital learning technologies, AI assistive technology and other advances to support innovation. • Providing expert evaluation and advice in instructional design and e–learning, including formal review of e–learning content and courses to maximize learning/uptake of courses. • Developing and generating custom reports and data tracking and reporting systems as required to collate metrics for measuring content and course performance. • Collecting, analyzing and acting on feedback and data to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of digital learning offerings. • Developing and implementing custom e–learning solutions (such as plug–ins) as required. • Supporting the customization/design of the Worker Learning Platform LMS (Moodle) interface for worker access. • Supporting the delivery of Moodle through integrated custom systems (e.g. Worker Portal and Worker App) for seamless integration. • Advising on UI/UX of desktop design and app course navigation.
