The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC) is requesting quotes for multimedia expertise, script writing, storyboard creation, and e-Course development to support its Office of Safety Services (OSS) Education & Training Services (ETSC) team. The selected supplier will collaborate with BWC staff to develop priority e-Course projects using Articulate 360, with all work performed billed at an hourly rate. The contract is expected to run from January 1, 2027, to June 30, 2027, with an estimated 1,000 hours of billable work.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 10 years of practical experience in a consultative or e-Course developer capacity
  • Must have at least 5 years of documented developmental experience using Articulate 360
  • Must have expert-level knowledge of industry-standard Adobe creative tools
  • Must provide at least one past sample of a completed e-Course for review
  • Must provide a description of working with a team to develop an e-Course
  • Must have own copy of Articulate 360 and supporting software
  • Must be able to attend weekly virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams
  • Must have good internet connectivity, a working headset, and a compatible system
  • Must submit an Affirmative Action Program Verification Form if the contract amount is $5,000 or more
  • Must complete the Contractor/Subcontractor Affirmation and Disclosure Form regarding offshore services
