E–content delivery platforms: Solution that allows borrowing of a range of electronic materials, including ebooks, audiobooks, movies, music, images, television, comics, newspapers, and magazines or journals. 2. E–content delivery subscriptions: Subscriptions solution that allows borrowing of a range of electronic materials, including ebooks, audio books, movies, music, images, television, comics, newspapers, and/or magazines or journals. 3. E–content available for license or purchase: Solution that allows the library to purchase licensed electronic material or education content, including books, audiobooks, movies, music, images, television, comics, newspapers, and/or magazines that can be loaded onto a discovery platform supported by the library system. 4. Database and online learning services: Subscriptions or licensing solutions to offer online database and online learning resources which support patron research and homework needs in high demand subject areas, including, but not limited to arts and crafts, business information, career resources, genealogy research, homework help & reference, investment, language learning, literature and publishing.
