The selected vendor will provide e-access licenses, including legal document e-access subscriptions, to support the Legal Services Units in their research and downloading of legal reference materials. These licenses will facilitate daily legal research activities and support the law libraries across facilities, with primary usage intended for the offender population.

Vendors must supply internet-based legal material links that allow authorized legal staff to access subscription databases from desktop computers, laptops, or Wi-Fi-enabled tablets. The solution must include functionality for staff to administer user access in accordance with facility guidelines, with the Legal Services Assistant serving as the primary program administrator. The initial contract period is one year.
