A government authority in Utah is seeking a qualified provider to deliver duty and physical examination fitness services for department and law enforcement personnel. Services are expected to include approximately 150 Department of Transportation physical examinations, 150 law enforcement pre-employment physical examinations, and 1,200 tuberculosis tests.
The provider will also conduct pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing for approximately 750 DOT employees and 420 non-DOT employees annually.
