A government entity in California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and support for its Drupal Content Management System (CMS) and Acquia cloud platform over a five-year period. The selected provider will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, including core upgrades when older Drupal versions reach end-of-life, and timely deployment of all security patches for both Drupal core and themes.

Key responsibilities include the implementation of all Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and Drupal upgrades and patches to both staging and production environments, as well as deployment, maintenance, and security updates for the Acquia cloud platform. The vendor will perform scheduled maintenance updates, website reviews, analysis, and provide recommendations to enhance the Drupal environments. Both proactive and reactive support are required throughout the contract term.

The scope also encompasses migrating existing Drupal 9 sites to Drupal 10 or the current version, ensuring all features are thoroughly tested post-migration and supporting future Drupal version upgrades.
