The state of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based drugs database management system. This system will serve as a centralized solution to replace current and soon-to-be unsupported databases, as well as eliminate the use of multiple spreadsheets used to track decades of discipline history and teamwork performance.

The desired platform must support a wide range of functionalities, including accepting registration applications, creating new registrations, generating investigations, tracking inspections and disciplinary actions, and electronically storing all reports. Additionally, the system should enable the agency to monitor and control user access, receive and document drug loss and theft reports, and ensure user-friendly navigation and usability.

Other key requirements include the ability to search and display active license data, track approval or denial of change requests, generate Electronic Prescribing Waiver letters upon approval, and track all forms sent from the system. The contract for this project will span two years. This opportunity is suited for vendors with experience in deploying secure, centralized database solutions for regulatory or compliance-focused agencies.
