(1) Vendor needs to provide drugs database management system. The agency is seeking an all-inclusive database management system capable of accepting applications, creating registrations, and include tabs to also generate investigations, track inspections and disciplines, as well as receive drug loss and theft reports. The all-inclusive database management system would not only replace the existing current database, but it would also replace two (2) other databases that will be unsupported in the future and eliminate the need for maintaining numerous spreadsheets used to track thirty (30) years of discipline history as well as teamwork performance. • Functional Requirements: The system shall contain a centralized cloud-based application database and have the capability to register new users, support investigative functions, track inspections, and disciplines. The system’s centralized database shall be all-inclusive and capable of storing all reports electronically, accepting registration applications, creating registrations, and monitoring specific user access to database information and receive drug loss and theft reports. The system shall be user-friendly. The system shall be able to search and display all active license data. The system shall track all change request approvals and denials. The system shall generate an Electronic Prescribing Waiver letter to the registrant when state agency staff successfully process and approve a waiver request. The system shall have the capability to track all forms sent. (2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on February 5, 2026.
