(1) Vendor needs to provide drug evaluation data system. – Agency seeks proposals for a drug evaluation data entry system, along with system maintenance, support, and training. – The system will be a data collection and reporting tool capable of improving the management and monitoring of agency program – The system must be a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS)/Software as a Service (SaaS) system, with the capability to be configured for the unique needs of agency – System must be able to be accessed via a mobile device – System must be able to run reports on agency’s specific data, on an as needed basis (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025
