Vendor needs to provide drone show services. – Design and choreography of a captivating drone show which aligns with the goals of The City of Chesterfield. – Provide all necessary drones, equipment, and cutting–edge technology required for a flawless performance. – Provide narrative regarding the make and model of the types of drones proposed to be used and if the entity submitting a proposal owns said drones or if a third–party vendor would be required to be used. – Ability to incorporate music, sound, effects and movement in the display. – Conduct a comprehensive risk assessment and develop a detailed safety plan to ensure the secure operation of the drones at all times. – Secure any required permits or approvals for the drone show, ensuring compliance with regulations and airspace restrictions. – Manage all logistical aspects, including the setup, testing, and teardown of the drone show.
