(1) Vendor needs to provide drone display service. • Provide for a high–quality drone display service in lieu of fireworks, which will be an important part of September fest festival. • The annual outdoor three–day festival features entertainment on two stages, a carnival, arts & crafts show, craft beer & wine garden, taste of, taste of not–for–profit day, bingo, aerial display on Sunday evening, and a labor day parade on Monday.
