(1) Vendor needs to provide driver system modernize services.– Design, develop, test, train on, deploy, operate and maintain motor vehicle administration systems including driver license system and a digital vehicle titling and registration system.– Managing the issuance and renewal of driver licenses in compliance with relevant state and federal laws and regulations including graduated licenses, commercial driver licenses and real ID compliant license documents.– Provide vehicle registration services including issuing initial vehicle registration, renewing vehicle registrations and collecting associated and associated vehicle registration taxes and fees.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12,2025.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
