(1) Vendor needs to provide drinking water infrastructure construction service to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. – Providing a comprehensive update to the previous plan and integrating the results into an updated ERP is critical to ensuring a safe and reliable drinking water supply for the agency customers. – Phase I: The Consultant shall prepare an update to the existing agency to include all agency facilities and comply fully with agency requirements – Risk and Resilience Assessment including the assessment of: – Risk to the system from malevolent acts and natural hazards (i.e., all hazards) – Resilience of water facility infrastructure (including pipes and constructed conveyances, physical barriers, source water, treatment, storage and distribution facilities, electronic, computer or other automated systems – Monitoring practices of the system – Financial infrastructure of the system – Use, storage, or handling of various chemicals by the system (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 17, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
