The City of Morris, IL is seeking a qualified firm to provide landscaping services for downtown signage and city entry points. The objective of this project is to enhance the aesthetic appeal of these areas, fostering a vibrant and welcoming environment that supports both community quality of life and local economic vitality.

The selected vendor will be responsible for designing landscaping that incorporates large blocks of color and varied plant heights, ensuring the visual impact captures the attention of motorists and creates an attractive setting for visitors, residents, and businesses. Ongoing responsibilities include seasonal maintenance and periodic assessments to make recommendations on watering, fertilization, and other needs, in coordination with Morris Public Works. The service contract will be for a period of one year.
