(1) Vendor needs to provide donor management solution. • Functionality Capabilities • Donation Capture and Management: – The system must support record keeping, receipt generation, store, and retrieve information on all donations, including one– time recurring gifts, grants, etc. • Enhanced Donor Relationships/Moves Management: – Features should include segmentation by donor type, giving history, and stated preferences, enabling personalized outreach and stewardship efforts. For example, the ability to tailor communications to individual, major donors or corporate donor or those interested in specific programs. • Donor Tracking and Reporting Capabilities: – The platform should offer robust reporting functions, such as generating donation history reports, average giving by audience, tracking campaign performance, and analysing donor retention rates over time. These insights are critical for evaluating fundraising strategies and strengthening donor engagement. • Exporting and Importing Capabilities: – An easy–to–use system for exporting and importing data is essential, with support for widely–used file formats (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 20, 2025.
