The selected vendor will be responsible for providing renewal services for DocuSign’s electronic signature solution. The scope of work includes managing eSignature Access with Single Sign-On (SSO) on a per-envelope basis, supplying the eSignature Advanced Workflows Addon, maintaining an envelope subscription, and delivering the eSignature Business Pro Edition with accompanying envelope subscriptions.

Additionally, the vendor must offer premier support for the eSignature service to ensure ongoing reliability and to facilitate advanced workflow needs. All solutions are required to maintain compliance with organizational access management standards and optimize digital transaction management processes.
