The contracting organization seeks a vendor to produce a high-quality 8–10-minute documentary capturing and communicating the project's impact in advancing financial inclusion for refugees and vulnerable host community members. The documentary should raise awareness among stakeholders and the public about barriers faced by these entrepreneurs in accessing financial services, formal markets, and economic opportunities.
Through compelling human-interest storytelling and striking visuals, the documentary will showcase transformative participant journeys, highlighting how access to financial services and enterprise development support can lead to improved livelihoods, dignity, and resilience for displacement-affected entrepreneurs. The finished product will serve as a communication and advocacy tool to engage government agencies, development organizations, business leaders, and the general public.
Vendors must provide the raw footage, an edited master copy, short social media clips, and all production files in agreed formats as part of their deliverables.
Best-fit vendors:
• Proven experience in documentary filmmaking and production
• Familiarity with financial inclusion and social impact storytelling
• Ability to deliver both full-length and short-form video outputs
• Experience working with international development or humanitarian organizations
• Capacity to manage production logistics in Kenya
