A New Jersey entity is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive document management and retention solution. The selected vendor will be responsible for evaluating the existing infrastructure to set up development, test/training, and production environments, including requirements for remote installation.

The engagement will involve creating a detailed implementation plan outlining task assignments, tracking, dependencies, and milestones. The vendor will manage installation and configuration of the document management software in all environments, identify document sources for migration, and develop a migration plan for documents and their associated metadata. Preliminary migration testing is also required to ensure a seamless transition. The contract period for this project will be one year.
