(1) Vendor needs to provide diversity, compliance, and portfolio management solution. • Provide a supplier diversity, compliance and portfolio management solution. • The solution must support and goal setting, directory integration, outreach, risk management, workforce tracking, compliance monitoring and project–level tracking, and impact reporting2, while enabling comprehensive portfolio management and reporting across agency–funded programs, including programs funded by the agency’s affiliates, in accordance with relevant state regulations. • Email/text outreach linked to searches, with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functionality for tracking interactions. • Automated Messaging: Capability to issue messages at present intervals. • Economic and Community Impact: Detailed reporting on project impact across communities and demographics. • Mapping and Data Visualization: 3D maps and analytics to display data by zip code, region, etc. • Custom Reports: Ability to generate reports, as needed, with customizable components, images, and fixed language. • Custom Views: Role–based access (e.g., analyst, administrators, contractors) to project and compliance information. • Performance Tracking: Systems to track user performance and timeliness. • Secure Sharing: Document management for projects with secure file sharing capabilities.
