The College is seeking a vendor to provide districtwide branding, marketing, and communications services. The selected firm will support creative services, production, targeted messaging, and collaborative branding initiatives throughout the district. Responsibilities include assisting in planning initiatives to evaluate message quality and effectiveness, supporting targeted marketing efforts to further branding strategies aligned with community engagement, master planning, and fostering student success.
The contractor will be tasked with developing strategies for both broadcasting and narrowcasting tailored to specific audiences, and producing advertising materials to ensure consistent branding. Deliverables include web/digital content, newsletters, direct mail pieces, postcards, billboards, and other necessary formats. The scope also covers market research and facilitation of community engagement activities such as surveys and focus groups, utilizing methods like in-person, phone, email, and online conferencing in coordination with the College.
