The issuing entity seeks a vendor to provide website redesign services for district courts using a content management system. The project includes creating intuitive, audience-focused, and accessible templates that support content branding, improved usability, and a better experience for both the public and internal users. The redesign is expected to cover the site’s navigation, homepage, and landing pages, along with public-facing website components, mobile applications, and related digital materials.
The selected vendor will also support content strategy and information architecture, including scalable navigation and content structures that allow filtering, tagging, and grouping by topic, audience, and court level. Additional requirements include support for metadata-based search, document libraries, and scalable digital asset management. The CMS solution should enable timely publishing, plain-language presentation, consistent tone across pages, flexible content areas for announcements and alerts, social media sharing integrations such as Open Graph, Twitter Card, and metatag support, custom content paths, and basic SEO functionality for managing keywords and website descriptions.
