DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a vendor to modernize its distributed antenna system (DAS) infrastructure. The project entails upgrading legacy DAS equipment to support advanced cellular technologies, including FirstNet (Band 14), LTE, and 5G, as well as current public safety bands such as LMR 700/800 MHz. The upgraded system must be carrier-agnostic and provide an upgrade path for future adoption of 6G technology.
