The government authority in Key West, Florida is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive disaster recovery services for the local school district. These services are to be delivered on an as-needed basis in response to manmade or natural disasters affecting the district.
Scope of work includes debris removal, emergency protective measures, initial damage inspection, clearing and removal of debris and waste, and documentation management and support. The selected vendor will be required to offer other emergency response and disaster recovery services as needed, maintain a 24/7 response capability, and supply ongoing digital photos and/or video as records of work progress and baseline conditions. Additionally, a detailed written or electronic itemized estimate of damages must be provided for all incidents supported.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than June 2, 2026.
