(1) Vendor needs to provide disability management, incident reporting and investigation software to the government authority located in Ontario. • Disability Management Software shall be to support the management of short term and long–term disability claims, workplace injury claims workplace accommodation claims, and functional limitations, WSIB and occupational injury tracking and occupational incident report and investigation capabilities, medical documental storage, claims and accommodation management, reporting, and compliance timelines. • Internal Brock University resources required during implementation (e.g., ITS, HR, Payroll, Accessibility, Finance). • Estimated time commitments, roles and skill. • Technical integration requirements, including data requirements, API other interface, authentication, and system dependencies. • Any prerequisites or constraints that may impact implementation timeline. • Ongoing support or maintenance resources required from Brock post–implementation. • Dashboards and real–time case tracking. • Go–live support and transition planning (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 30, 2026.
