The government authority in Ontario is seeking a comprehensive software solution for disability management, incident reporting, and investigation. This software will facilitate the management of both short-term and long-term disability claims, workplace injury and accommodation claims, tracking of workers' compensation and occupational injury, as well as occupational incident report and investigation functionalities. The system should also include medical document storage, claims and accommodation management, robust reporting features, and compliance timeline monitoring.
Implementation of the solution will involve coordination with internal resources such as Information Technology Services, Human Resources, Payroll, Accessibility, and Finance departments. Vendors should outline estimated time commitments, required roles and skillsets, as well as technical integration requirements, including data handling, APIs, authentication, and system dependencies. The proposal should also identify any prerequisites or constraints that could affect the implementation timeline, and specify the level of post-implementation support and maintenance needed from Brock University resources.
Additional requirements include dashboards, real-time case tracking, comprehensive reporting capabilities, and detailed plans for go-live support and transition. All questions regarding the project must be submitted by January 30, 2026.
