Vendor needs to provide direct–to–production vendor of record refresh service.– Provide creative services and/or executional production services (i.e., production, project and budget management, talent rights, accessibility compliance)– Require copy/script writing, art direction, motion/graphic design, casting, location scouting, shooting, editing, recording, lighting, licensing stock materials, renting equipment and/or hiring/managing 3rd–party Vendors to deliver all necessary elements to solve a Client’s communication problem– Design and produce material to be as clear and legible as possible when preparing printed publications, motion graphics, videos, etc– Provide creative and production services, and all related operational services– Copy/Script Writing– TV and Radio Production– Video Production– Animation– Prepare creative scripts, including storyboards, graphic elements, sound, and other production elements, to ensure the Client is aligned prior to production and throughout the production approval process– Conduct a pre–production meeting prior to executing larger, more complex full– service broadcast TV and digital video productions to ensure Client alignment– Manage third–party Vendor activities – e.g., copy/script writers, audio/video suppliers, animators, graphic/motion designers, illustrators, casting/talent services, location scouting, shooting, editing, recording, lighting, equipment rentals, photographers, translators, proofreaders, etc.
