(1) Vendor needs to provide digital twin platform.– A robust digital twin platform to define attributes, assess impacts, and develop actionable insights across various urban functions.– Denver anticipates working collaboratively with its selected vendor to refine the platform’s functionalities, integration points, and capabilities as part of this engagement.– Platform design and architecture design and architect a scalable, user–friendly digital twin platform capable of seamless multi–domain data integration and interagency collaboration.– Data ingestion and management strategy establish robust processes for ingesting, managing, and maintaining the quality and currency of diverse city data.– Core modelling and simulation development develop the core modelling, simulation, and forecasting capabilities of the digital twin for various scenarios and impact assessment.– Platform deployment and validation deploy and validate the digital twin platform's core functionalities to demonstrate its effectiveness and accuracy.– Training, support and future planning ensure city staff are trained in using the digital twin and establish a sustainable plan for its long–term maintenance and evolution.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
