A government authority in Chicago, Illinois seeks a vendor to provide digital signage network (DSN) services. The selected partner will be responsible for establishing, operating, and maintaining a digital signage network that serves multiple functions, including the display of advertisements, wayfinding information, artistic and interactive content, social media integration, special event videos, broadcast television, event feeds, meeting room schedules, as well as real-time announcements and updates.
The DSN provider will manage all network technology and physical hardware, ensuring consistent performance and maintenance of the signage units. Additionally, the vendor will handle the sale of advertising on the network—selling exclusively to show clients, exhibitors, sponsors, and non-exclusively to local and national advertisers. The vendor will be expected to interface with government representatives, participate in a pre-bid meeting, and address all queries by the specified deadlines.
