(1) Vendor needs to provide digital platform maintenance and enhancement services.– Comprehensive, data–driven approach to improving water quality over the long term.– Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the MyFarms platform.– Software will continue to serve as a centralized platform for managing nutrient management plans, tracking, verification, reporting, and financial obligations associated with program participation.– Maintain and continuously improve user interface design to accommodate a range of user types and technical skills.– Maintain all existing MyFarms functions, ensuring continuous operation and integrity.– Provide technical support and troubleshooting, staff, and all other system users.– Maintain and continuously improve user interface design to accommodate a range of user types and technical skills.– Maintain clear communication regarding progress, deliverables, and system updates.– Digital platform to develop nutrient management plans, assign, and verify significantly improves efficiency and accuracy of data collection, tracking, and reporting across the program.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
