A vendor is sought to provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement services for the MyFarms digital platform, which supports nutrient management and water quality programs in Ohio. The primary responsibilities include maintaining the software as a centralized tool for managing nutrient management plans, tracking verification and reporting, and handling financial obligations related to program participation.

The selected vendor will ensure continuous operation of all existing MyFarms functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and system users, and maintain clear communication on progress, deliverables, and system updates. An emphasis will be placed on continuously improving the user interface to meet the needs of a diverse user base with varying technical skills. The digital platform's ongoing enhancement is expected to significantly boost the efficiency and accuracy of data collection, tracking, and reporting for the program. The contract is set for a period of two years.
