(1) Vendor needs to provide digital platform development solution. • Identify a digital platform that will serve as a centralized location for delivering, curating, and providing access to statewide educational resources and professional development opportunities. • This digital platform provides a robust and flexible library of instructional materials and pedagogical resources. • Platform is the ability to track user engagement and completion of professional development activities in real time. • Platform must have the capability to organize individual resources into collections, providing organized access to users. • Personalized dashboards must display the most relevant content for each educator's specific role and interests. • Platform must be fully accessible via standard internet browsers, including, at a minimum, Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox. • AI tools for development work are proposed for use in this project. • Communication and Marketing Features: The platform must have online communities to facilitate peer learning and collaborative problem–solving.
