The project seeks a qualified vendor to provide and install a complete, outdoor-rated, double-face LED display system featuring an approximate viewing area of 3’ x 7’ per face. The LED displays must be capable of full-color video and graphics, supporting both pre-recorded and live video playback at up to 30 frames per second. All required hardware, software, communication components, and accessories for full operational capability must be included.

The cloud-based control software should be compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems, and offer features such as scheduling, content editing, proof-of-performance reporting, font management, and third-party integrations. The LED modules are mandated to be fully encapsulated and able to withstand submersion in water, ensuring durability and reliability in diverse outdoor conditions.
