A county in Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a fully functional digital NG911 recording solution. The required system must be NG911-compliant and capable of recording 911 emergency calls, Motorola P25 radio traffic, administrative and alarm lines, as well as NG911 multimedia content such as text messages, images, and video. The solution must address current operational needs, adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory standards, and allow for future technology upgrades.
The system should be able to record all audio and associated metadata from the county's Intrado VIPER 7 call-handling system and Motorola P25 trunked radio system, utilizing a certified AIS interface with support for at least seventy talk groups. Integration with the CentralSquare Enterprise CAD is also required, enabling the capture of incident and case numbers and facilitating searches and playback by these identifiers.
Vendors must maintain adequate Cyber Liability Insurance to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of 911 call data, personally identifiable information, and associated multimedia records.
