A New York-based university is seeking a full-service digital marketing partner to develop and execute data-driven, brand-aligned campaigns aimed at elevating awareness, engagement, and enrollment conversions across key audiences. Responsibilities include delivering campaign creative in various formats—static, video, animation, and vertical short-form—with quarterly creative refreshes. The partner will manage all aspects of media buying, bid strategy, ad placement, and creative testing, and is expected to leverage first-party data and CRM integrations for advanced audience segmentation, remarketing, and lookalike modeling. Additionally, the vendor should recommend new and emerging technologies, such as AI-assisted optimization tools, to improve campaign efficiency and targeting.
All campaign materials must adhere to university brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, visual identity, and accessibility standards. The contract period is one year, with detailed reporting and transparency required, including copies of all media platform invoices such as those from Google, Meta, and TikTok. The partner will also provide ongoing consultation with the university’s marketing team throughout the engagement.
