(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing services.• Digital marketing firms to support the program in strengthening its visibility, enrollment, and national reputation.• Develop and execute strategic, data driven marketing initiatives that reach audiences engaged or interested in health care and health–related fields. • Aims to amplify the program’s unique interdisciplinary strengths and attract prospective students committed to advancing health policy and law. • Across all relevant digital channels, including, but not limited to, Google, Bing, Meta (including Instagram and Facebook), YouTube, LinkedIn.• Develops innovative and creative marketing strategies inspired by best practices from relevant industries.• Implements AI–driven strategies and personalization to enhance engagement and conversion rates. • Digital Campaign Strategy & Execution: Developing and executing a data–driven, multi–channel digital marketing strategy.• Search Engine Optimization and eMarketing Services: Providing SEO and GEO services as needed to further the goals of the campaign and to assist in hitting enrollment numbers.• Creative Development & Management: Creating and distributing emails to campaign leads throughout the admissions cycle, including emails highlighting our two priority deadlines and final deadline (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 11, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on February 6, 2026.
