(1) Vendor needs to provide digital marketing, recruitment, lead conversion and analytics services. Provide a digital marketing and student recruitment platform as well as international student and portfolio market intelligence services. To promote opportunities for degree seeking international students to study to generate leads from the platform, to reengage applicants during the student recruitment lifecycle, and ultimately to drive additional applications and enrolments. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for four years.
