(1) Vendor needs to provide digital library services system hosting, maintenance and support services. – System should provide a browse collection function and provide a clear information architecture for browsing collections. – Service must provide the ability to generate longitudinal fixity audit data. – System must provide website metrics based on Google Analytics and Drupal’s Google Tag module. – Service must provide the ability to generate technical metadata for media. – Must migrate existing content (e.g. collections and items) and usage and content statistics – Should include project milestones and deliverables, including migration and testing of data, training, and detailed documentation. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 20, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
