The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring the system includes robust features such as collection browsing with a clearly structured information architecture, as well as the capability to generate longitudinal fixity audit data to ensure long-term preservation and integrity of digital assets.

The system must also support website analytics utilizing Google Analytics and Drupal’s Google Tag module, and generate detailed technical metadata for media files. The scope of work includes migration of existing collections, items, and associated usage and content statistics to the new environment. Deliverables should encompass detailed project milestones including content migration, data testing, user training, and comprehensive documentation.

The contract will be awarded for a two-year period, and interested vendors are expected to address all technical and project requirements, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing system reliability for the digital library.
