(1) Vendor needs to provide digital library card account address verification and renewal service. – Provides customers with a digital library card via the online library card application on our website. – A solution that is able to digitally verify customer addresses against agency data for update and renewal of existing cards and the registration of new cards. – The product must include reporting metrics showing data including to authentication success rates, total cards issued and types of cards issued, total cards renewed and type of cards renewed, and rates of rejection per rejection reason, with the ability to export data in conventional formats such as. – Integrated library system compatibility. – Ability to set up maintenance schedules and software updates. – Ability to shadow, delete and add branch libraries. – Vendor must specify whether product supports windows active directory single sign on (SSO) integration. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
