A digital library is seeking a qualified vendor to provide address verification and renewal services for its digital library card accounts. The selected solution will enable customers to apply for digital library cards online and support the verification of customer addresses against agency data for both new registrations and renewals of existing cards.
Key requirements include robust reporting metrics that display authentication success rates, the number and types of cards issued and renewed, as well as rejection rates broken down by rejection reason. The system must allow data export in standard formats. The service should be compatible with integrated library systems and offer features for scheduling maintenance and software updates. Additionally, it should support the management of branch libraries, including the ability to add, delete, or shadow branches.
Vendors are required to indicate whether their product supports Windows Active Directory single sign-on (SSO) integration. The contract period for this service will be one year.
